Customize the Apps In iOS Share Sheet: In iOS, the ever-present Share Sheet is a very essential and powerful feature. Also, it enables you to share the content you’re seeing in an app using people in your phone number or with other apps on your iPhone or iPad.
In the Share Sheet, the first row of icons display suggestions for conversations that you probably like to share something too. However, the other row offers an instant way to export what you’re looking to other apps. For example Messages, Mail, and some third-party apps, too.

The instruction in this article displays you how to customize the 2nd row of apps. Also, allowing you to add and exclude the apps you want in it, and arrange them in the order you want. Keep it in mind that third-party app developers must provide particular support for their apps to seems in the Share Sheet, alternatively, you can’t be provided the choice to add them.
Initially, launch an app having shareable content, like Photos, Safari, or the Files app.
Also, view some content in the app, then click the Share icon (it seems like a square with an arrow pointing out of it).
Move right to the end of the row of app icons (the other row in the Share Sheet).
Click the More icon located at the end of the row, highlighted by an ellipsis.
Click Edit in at the top-right corner of the screen.
The apps located under Favorites are the ones that recently get priority in the 2nd row of your Share Sheet. Also, click the red minus button rather than an app to delete it from your Favorites. However, click the green plus button located next to an app listed under Suggestions to include it to your Favorites.
Also, use the “hamburger” icons at the right of the apps in your Favorites to re-order them. Apps scroll near the top of the list will take priority located in the row of apps in your Share Sheet.
Now under Suggestions, you can include/delete an app from the Share Sheet by toggling the switch located next to it.
Click Done located at the top-right corner of the screen when you’re completed editing the app selection.
Click Done located at the top-left corner of the screen to move back to the Share Sheet.
Make sure the first choice in the app row is always AirDrop. However, Apple’s proprietary wireless sharing feature, and it can’t be deleted from the row of apps in the Share Sheet.
