How to Send Numbers From Google Chrome to Phone

February 10, 2020 By Syeda Samia Leave a Comment

Send Numbers From Google Chrome: Google tries to add many sync features between your PC and Mobile. You can also use some third-party apps. Recently they added the “Send link to the phone” feature. After Google Chrome 78, you can now send the phone numbers on the webpage to your mobile device. However, it will trigger the choice to make a call. You should also be logged into the same account in your Google Chrome and your mobile device to do this process. The features take some time to reach the mobile. Also, if they improve the fast, It can be quite handy. I always use History to go to the link rather than send link features. It is fast if we compared it with the send link to mobile.

How to Send phone numbers from Google Chrome to phone?

We always want to share some data between your mobile and PC. However, it includes links and phone numbers. Before this, we use separate apps like Notes. Also, you don’t want those other applications. For extra features like syncing Messages and images, you can also use Microsoft Your Phone app. However, it works pretty high compared with the PC Suite of our mobile manufacturers.

Note
  • Make sure your Google Chrome versions should be 78 and above.
  • I have worked on Android version 8.0 and above.
  • Also, remember you should be logged into the same account on both devices. (PC and Mobile)

Steps

Follow the steps carefully:

Step 1:

Firstly, whenever you find the phone number that has “-” between the numbers. However, Chrome will analyze this number as Mobile Numbers.

Step 2:

Also, choose the Whole contact number and Right-click on the web page.

Step 3:

You will get the choice as “Call From.” In this choice, you can view your connected mobiles.

Step 4:

Select the mobile that you want to make a Call. Then click the notification on your mobile to make a call. If chrome didn’t check the number as phone number, then copy the number and put the hyphen before the mobile number. Once you copied the number like 987654, Put +91 before the number and hit enter. As a result, there is no search. Then copy the number now and you will get the call option.

Conclusion:

The features like this are a good idea. After having a connection between the devices, you should utilize them. It is not the first initiative from Google. Google is also tired of advising security patch updates to the manufacturers. They’ve got the connection in All Android devices with Play Store. After Android 10, you will get direct security patch updates from Google. Don’t wait for your manufacturer to roll out the updates.
