Enable USB Debugging Mode On All Android Version

Enable USB Debugging mode on Oreo, Nougat, Android Pie, Marshmallow or any version using our guide having easy s. You can enable developer options and USB debugging from PC using these simple s. USB Debugging (also called as Android debug mode or Developer mode) is used for the connection between Android device and your computer using Android SDK.

You can easily enable USB debugging or the Developer options on any Android smartphone including Samsung Galaxy phones, Asus, LG, Lenovo, Xiaomi Redmi, Huawei, Google Pixel, Sony, Motorola, One Plus, Oppo, Vivo, HTC, Honor, Kindle fire, Micromax and many more.

Using adb command prompt window or few tricks, you can enable the USB debugging mode on broken screen phone, FRP locked phone, password locked, hard bricked phone, dead phone, black screen phone, bootloop phone, etc. In this guide, we’ll discuss the by procedure on how to enable USB to debug mode on any Android smartphone and tablets.

USB Debugging is intended for development purposes only. Enabling it grants high-level access to your device which is kind of a security risk. So it is recommended to enable it only when needed.

How to Enable USB Debugging on Android Pie (9.0)

As we know that USB debugging mode is available under the Developer options. But in Android Pie, the developer options are hidden so firstly you need to unlock it to access the debugging mode.

1: Open apps panel on your phone and launch the Settings app.
2: Scroll down to the bottom and open the System, on the next screen.

3: Now open the About Phone section.
4: Under the About Phone section, look for the Build number.

5: Just tap on Build number.
6: Tap on the Build number until it shows a message saying, ” You are now a developer”.

7: After receiving the message, the Developer options will get unlocked in your About Phone section.
8: So go back in About phone section, and click on the Advanced option.
Note: Advanced options will not be available on some phones, so those phones directly go to the next .
9: Look for the Developer options and open it.

10: You can find and enable the USB debugging mode under Developer options.

Note: To disable USB Debugging and other developer options, slide the switch at the top of the screen to OFF.

How to Enable USB Debugging on Android Oreo (8.0 and 8.1.0)

1: At first Open the Settings of your phone.
2: Then scroll down and open the System on the next screen.
3: Next, open the About phone section.

4: Tap on the Build number.

5: Go back and you’ll find Developer option under about phone section.

How to Enable USB Debugging on Android Nougat (7.0, 7.1.1 and 7.1.2)

1: From the phone setting open the About phone section.

2: On the next screen, tap on the Build number 7 times until it says,” You are now a developer”.

3: Go back to the Settings and here you open the Developer options.

4: Then look for the USB debugging mode to enable it.

1: At first open the About phone in your device settings.
